This York Oak is a rare 'select' grade solid floor, meaning its sapwood and knots are much smaller than rustic grade flooring. Its 300-1500mm x 130mm floorboards are completed with a brushed & UV matt lacquer finish to bring out the texture of the grain. This flooring range is known for its solid 18mm thickness and bevelled edges. Due to its formidable specifications we do not recommend pairing it with underfloor heating in any home.
